These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in the text messaging program ("Program") operated by Lake Drive Tavern ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive SMS text messages from Lake Drive Tavern, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Lake Drive Tavern operates an SMS text messaging program to communicate with customers and inquirers who have provided their mobile phone number and affirmatively opted in to receive text messages. Messages may include reservation confirmations and reminders, private event and catering inquiry follow-ups, content creator collaboration scheduling, special offers, promotions, menu updates, and event announcements.
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Lake Drive Tavern by checking the SMS consent box on a contact, private event, creator collaboration, or other web form on lakedrivetavern.com while providing a valid mobile phone number. By checking the box, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Lake Drive Tavern at the mobile number provided, sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message frequency varies based on the nature of your inquiry and your engagement with our Program. You may receive up to several messages per month.
Standard message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with the Program. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless provider for pricing plans, participating phones, and details.
You may cancel your participation in the Program at any time. To opt out, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join the Program again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, reply HELP to any message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our Program as well as how to unsubscribe. The Program is available on the following carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Alltel, Virgin Mobile, MetroPCS, and other major and minor carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service may not be available on all carriers at all times.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information described in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Information you provide to participate in the Program will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide in order to enroll in the Program. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
We reserve the right to change or terminate the Program, or to modify these SMS Terms, at any time and without prior notice. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified SMS Terms.
